All activities at Wedgewood are arranged on a volunteer basis. If you are interested in beginning a new activity, send an e-mail to mail@wedgewoodclub.com.

• Spring Workdays at Wedgewood: Saturday April 24 and May 15, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

  The spring member workdays for Wedgewood Swim Club will be on Saturday April 24 and May 15, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. As usual, we rely on member help to prepare pool and facilities for the start of the season. This is the opportunity to get your $50.00 maintenance fee refunded by contributing a minimum of 2 hours of effort on either of these days. • Family Float Night: June 25 7-10pm

           Bring your raft, lay back and relax after a tough day of work or play.  Stare at the stars and imagine all your dreams come true.

• Independence Day Games and Activities for the Kids: July 4rd stating at 1pm

  Tube races, coin toss, little pool games, sack races, egg toss, and a watermelon eating contest for adults. Check the board in the breezeway for additional information.

   

• Men's Horseshoe Tournament: July 11th at 2pm

  Check the bulletin board for additional details and sign-up sheet.

   

• Parent Social: Scheduled for July 16th, 7pm

  Music, food, and swimming. The pool will close at 6:00 PM to the general membership. Information will be provided via email and postings in the breezeway

  
  

• 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament for 9 - 14 year old Kids:  July 18th at Noon

  Check the bulletin board for additional details and sign-up sheet.
  

• Wiffle Ball Tournament - August 8th at 2pm

          Relive the days playing wiffle ball in the yard. So you think you still have it!!  Come out and prove them wrong that you haven't lost "it".

Information will be posted in the breezeway

• SCCSL Championships at Wedgewood: Friday July 23rd and Saturday July 24th

  The SCCSL Swim Team Championships will be held at Wedgewood on July 23rd and 24th. The pool will be closed to regular members but regular members are invited to all other SCCSL pools for these two days. Click here for directions to any of the other SCCSL pools.

• General Membership Meeting: August 22 at 3pm in the pavilion

Join your fellow members and the board of directors for a 2010 "State of Wedgewood" report.  Bring your questions and suggestions.

• First Annual Grill Off: August 29th - time to be announced

Compete against your fellow member for the title of Best cook at Wedgewood. Information will be posted in the breezeway.

2010 Fall Workday at Wedgewood will be  Saturday September 11 from, 8:00 am -11:00 am

This will be last opportunity in 2010 to recover your $50 maintenance fee.  During this workday will do minor repairs and put all our equipment away for Winter storage.  This is also the last opportunity to pick up any left over chairs.  After this day all remaining chairs will be discarded

• Fitness Lap Swimming

  Organized lap swimming will be available in the lower pool. There will be lanes for various ability levels. When the lower pool is not available, we will try to rope off a few of the lanes in the upper pool.
